The Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement recognises consistent hard work, dedication, and intellectual excellence. It is awarded every semester to students who achieve a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5 or above, reflecting outstanding academic performance across all enrolled modules.
More than just a certificate, this award is a motivational milestone—encouraging students to stay focused and committed to their academic goals. It affirms that persistence, discipline, and a passion for learning are highly valued at Botho University.
For many students, the Dean’s Award serves as an early recognition of excellence, often paving the way toward other prestigious honours such as the Festus Mogae Award or the Spirit of Botho Award later in their academic journey.
